My target audience for Essay Topics and Semantics is someone who is undecided about the sale. It's generally a sales rep who's trying to sell to someone who is not yet sold.Here's a hypothetical example. Your prospective client's friend of thirty years is a proud citizen of Britain, who has been living in the United States since before you were born. You ask him how he voted during the recent election and he says he doesn't care about politics. You ask him what he thinks of President Obama and he tells you that he doesn't like him much either.The prospect says that it would be helpful if you could tell him how you feel about his opinion. His friend says that he's not sure how much you should talk or how often you should do this. He thinks that just knowing where you stand would help him make a better decision. Does this sound like a persuas ive Essay Topic? Does it seem fair to say that his friend can't really have any input into the sale unless you first tell him?That's a good question. There are two ways to interpret this situation and I would have to say that the first is the more persuasive Essay Topics and Semantics. Just as a sale rep talking directly to a client will always beat a sales person who's trying to get the customer to agree to buy, direct communication is the best way to influence someone. If you are trying to persuade a friend, you need to start with some indirect communication such as conversation, teasing or even reassurance.When your friend sees that you understand his point of view, he will be more likely to be receptive to the sale. But you need to give him time to respond to your efforts and you don't want to push the issue. This might sound tricky but remember that your friend has probably been waiting to hear the type of information that you want him to hear so you shouldn't go too heavy on t he details.If you are doing a persuasive Essay Topics and Semantics, the primary job of the writer is to use words in a way that will draw the reader in and actually convince him or her of the merits of your arguments.
